New TEMPORARY position available within the Bollin Group – Sales Assistant, Magic Mountain

The Role

As part of the team you will work within the direct sales operations including the Magic Mountain store in Beeston and the online stores for both Magic Mountain and Trekmates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To assist with the running of the Magic Mountain retail store duties to include: –
    • Opening and closing procedures
    • Keeping store clean, neat, tidy and well merchandised
    • Daily till readings and banking procedures
    • Checking and booking in stock deliveries into till / Web systems
    • Assisting with the quarterly stock-check process
  • Help process Online sales to include: –
    • High levels of customer service for both online and telephone queries
    • Website order and returns processing through the till, online and Sage Pay / credit card systems
    • Pick, pack and dispatch (Royal Mail / DPD) all web and phone orders, including taking to Post Office for shipment
  • To carry out other job-related duties that may be requested from time to time by your manager or other senior staff
  • To behave as a good ambassador for the Bollin Group brand at all times
  • To keep company property e.g. phones, laptops, tills, securely in good condition and functioning properly.
